Let's Get Started Here

I've decided I am going to use this blog to record my exercising--mainly my stretches. I know that to avoid injury I need to stretch, so stretch I will.

Right now it's all about my hamstrings and I know if I write it down I will do a better job.

So here is what I did today:




Amanda (my Physical Therapist) has suggested that I not run--which is so hard because the weather is perfect. But if I want to do my full marathon in September, I have to do what she suggests.
